Unheard of! A product arrived damaged at my home and I have to pay the return costs out of my own pocket if I wish to exchange it! The washi paper tea boxes are of poor quality: thin plastic lids (they look like the lids on Pringles boxes, to tell you the truth...) I ordered several items for Christmas, the Ramen was missing and your teams refused to do anything because I warned them too late (within 2 weeks, the time for me to realize the error because I had the package delivered to my parents). This store had been recommended to me by my sister-in-law and the products are top notch. I could have ordered a lot more for my numerous nieces, but I will never order again because I consider it theft to refuse to refund or return a missing item.
