A small problem with the order but superb responsiveness from customer service and a big thank you to Mr Lanil. The order was dispatched very quickly despite the setback, but delivery via Chronopost is not at the same level of service, which is a shame. This first order was a test. Perfect service, impeccable packaging, on-time delivery. Great flexibility. I suggest finding a better way of putting the messages enclosed with the shipment, as the envelope had slipped, being the same color as the box, I almost missed it... My decision is made, La BouteilleDoree will be my supplier for my customer gifts starting in September 2019. Well done to the whole team.
