The package was supposed to arrive on Saturday morning but it arrived on Monday.
Regarding your comment, it is not a delivery delay but the result of the carrier choice on our site. When you placed your order on Friday, June 13, several delivery options were available to you:
- The transport mode you chose is "EXPRESS FRANCE J+1 before 6:00 PM" which clearly specifies: EXPRESS FRANCE delivery in 24 hours to your home from Monday to Friday - Guaranteed timeframe for any order placed before 10:00 AM excluding Saturday and Sunday. Delivery on Saturday is therefore not possible with this transport mode.
- The transport mode "SATURDAY FRANCE before 1:00 PM" is the only one allowing delivery on Saturday, but as indicated on our site, the timeframe is guaranteed for any order placed before Thursday noon. Since your order was placed on Friday morning, it could not be delivered on Saturday.
We regret that this was not clear enough for you and hope that this response can help our future customers.
