Dear Sir or Madam, Unfortunately, upon receiving our package of salami, we noticed that it had been gnawed by rodents. As a result, we had to throw away two bags of sausage. This inconvenience is all the more regrettable as it leads to financial losses, but especially considering the work invested and the animal slaughtered for its production. Could you consider using more robust or different packaging in the future to prevent such damage or losses related to transport and pests?
