The references of the balls received do not correspond at all to those I ordered, so the wrong colors...

Shipping was extremely fast (the same day I ordered). The site presents the products clearly, without any difficulty in finding the product information. The only downside for me is the price of shipping, which I find a little high.

The order arrived incomplete, my request to send the missing item should have been taken into account, but a week after the theoretical delivery of the missing item, no news

I've finally found a yarn whose color suits me perfectly, which isn't cotton but acrylic, and at a good price. I don't plan to knit it for several months, so I can't say anything about its quality yet. I love the color
