Very satisfied. Browsing the site is a bit tricky for me, it takes a lot of time but I manage. The hardest part is choosing colors when there are a lot of them, as far as the display is concerned (perhaps something to be improved). Last problem: the color photos aren't always accurate. But your service is great anyway.

I've been a customer for several years, and I'm delighted to be able to order on this site, which means I can receive the wools more quickly. The people in charge at La Lainière de Wazemmes took into account my special request for a bath for one of the wools I was missing two balls of, and I'd like to thank them for that! I'll continue to order my wools with complete confidence.
As usual, never disappointed! Whether in store (only once, while passing through the region) or by mail order (3 orders), no problem, product conforms, product solidly protected and above all ultra-fast shipping (order placed on Thursday morning, parcel received on Saturday!

Navigation on the site not too user-friendly, very complicated to have a still image to visualize the product. Otherwise everything else is OK.

Delivery nickel and on time, the site well, I removed a star because the color of wool on the screen is not necessarily representative of the color received.
