Good, but some difficulty in visualizing wool balls correctly in close-up, not too user-friendly.
I've been ordering for years, it's always perfect, the wool is good quality, they're not mismatched but identical batches, too bad they're so far from home. However, you have to be patient for delivery, before the site you had to wait for the parcel to arrive and now the site is running in, but I have no doubt that it will come. Competent, helpful and commercial team. Thank you

First order from la Lainière, I'm obviously very happy. fast, neat parcel, the colors in the photos on the site are respected. soft wools that are pleasant to the touch. the only thing left to find out is how it looks when knitted and the result when washed. business to be confirmed for a second order.
Small navigation problem when I searched for a type of wool, I was immediately disconnected.

If you could just sometimes specify the color on your site because I thought I was taking a black which in reality is a navy blue. If you could write "black" or "blue" in addition to the number it would be ideal for choosing.
