I love the oil blends, my dietitian forces me to take 3 tablespoons a day of different oils to nourish our brain which is made of fat! So, I take the blends based on walnut oil and my husband takes the one based on olive oil for his heart. This time I took flavored rapeseed oil and it is excellent too!
