In the two orders I made for about ten oils, the packages were poorly prepared. Both times I had at least 3 bottles crushed and damaged to the point that one couldn't stand up even though it was still sealed. Be more careful with the products you pack, transport cannot be responsible for this kind of damage.

I did not receive my order, although paid for... so I am waiting for a refund...!?
Terrible. I do not recommend at all. They do not keep their commitments. I am an elderly person. They doubted my word regarding a code. I ordered my oil elsewhere without a discount and paid less for it.
As a customer for a little while now, I ordered 16 bottles of oil for a total of 90 euros on February 23rd. As of today, March 9th, I have not received any package from you despite 3 calls and 2 emails. I thought a company like yours was concerned about satisfying its customers and especially retaining them.
I have been waiting for my refund for 15 days, this is unacceptable.
I order items, my order is confirmed, I am billed, I am told it will be shipped... and only after that I am explained that one of the items no longer exists and that I will not receive it. I am still waiting for my refund though!

Your package was not delivered to the recipient (COEXTRADE, CRETEIL). We searched ourselves at the post office.
