It's a shame that delivery cannot be made to a pickup point, which increases costs and requires someone to stay at home for a day, as the delivery time is not known.

Response from LAGRANGE Published on 21/03/2023

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Colissimo delivery to a pickup point is indeed offered on our site, it is actually the most affordable delivery method. Regarding the delivery time, we unfortunately cannot indicate it as it entirely depends on our carrier. The Lagrange team.

I regret not being notified of the arrival of my order. It's a shame that the product was sold with aluminum plates

Translated reviews

Response from LAGRANGE Published on 13/03/2023

Hello, Thank you for your comment. The delivery notification of your order is carried out by our carrier, we will inform them of this incident so that corrective actions can be taken. Regarding your product, you purchased non-stick plates for Super 2 on our site. Perhaps you are referring to the waffle maker originally purchased from one of our distributors? If so, we can only encourage you to contact the customer service of that point of sale to report the error. The Lagrange team.
