The product capacity announced on your site does not match what I received.
Order not received and Lagrange does nothing but copy/paste the status in preparation from the post as if I were an idiot... Maybe they will realize there is a problem when they see they are asking for my opinion on an order not received and indicated as in preparation for delivery for several days....
Delivery arrived after 3 weeks.
Received order damaged and since then I am still waiting for confirmation of a new one that has still not arrived

Hello, I did not receive the plates corresponding to my device (likely a reference error on my part). I then wrote to customer service to report it and request an exchange. I never received a response from them. Best regards.

Very disappointed because the order arrived at a pickup point but I don't know which one because the selected one no longer accepted deliveries, sent several emails without response, therefore I called and the person was not very pleasant on the phone. I will not order from the LAGRANGE site again.

Very poorly designed site, impossible to register and create an account, I eventually managed to make a purchase but still no account, even the welcome discount was not applied despite calling customer service 3 times, not very flexible Lagrange, too bad!!!
Product received scratched, as if already used. For the price and the brand image of Lagrange, I am very disappointed. Despite a message the evening of receipt of the package via the site form + an email to customer service 7 days later, no response. I would like to return this product and get a refund because I am not satisfied.

I ordered a Grill' Pierre® Deluxe for Mother's Day. I received the product on time. Unfortunately, the stone, poorly protected in the package, arrived with broken corners. The product also had a cosmetic defect that should not have passed if it had been properly checked before shipping. Regrettable from a brand that boasts of producing in France. The after-sales service is also not up to par: no response to my complaint after three days. I had to follow up before I could return my product. My order is dated May 24, my complaint from May 29, and today is June 10 and I still do not have my order. Satisfying the customer is not Lagrange's priority.
