Thank you for your message and for your trust. The plates you mentioned are indeed without a non-stick coating, like our original models. To prevent the waffles from sticking, we recommend thoroughly greasing the plates before the first use, and then lightly before each batch (with a bit of oil or melted butter, for example).
After a few uses, a fine natural film will form, which will further improve the release.

Several negative points: - waffle cooking: they cook but do not brown and the cooking time is long - croque monsieur plates: the imprints are not the size of a standard slice of bread - machine volume: takes up a lot of space during cooking with the tilting system from one side to the other. A flipping system is much better. - cooking variation button (light - dark) in plastic does not seem very sturdy and is not precise ...

The device was delivered slightly damaged. The back is bent/dented and the plate itself is not centered, but the right side is slightly raised.
This is not the correct reference that was sent to me!

I had ordered a Pro plancha model that was supposed to include a spatula and a special plancha recipe book, but I ordered and received a plancha that does not include this offer; a sticker was even stuck on the box that displayed the offer. Why did I not receive the offer in question? I don't know? I filed a complaint, and the response was that the reference of my plancha does not include the offer, yet when I placed my order, there were no other references!!? This will remain a mystery!
Beautiful plancha but the stainless steel cooking surface has many small defects.

Purchase of a spare part for a blender. The characteristics of the part description are incorrect on the site and the part did not fit
Purchase of plates for waffle maker, the one for churros does not satisfy us following the recipes, we will continue to search, so moderately satisfied with this purchase. Delivery almost within the announced timeframe, little information received once the order was paid, the next email was from the post office.

Delivery was random, it was postponed without reason since the store was open and not closed as stated in the email.
Very good products. I bought the premium waffle-croque-waffle maker at the end of the year especially for the waffles because my mom's first waffle maker from the 60s still works very well. I wanted to complete it with other sets of plates. A bit disappointed that the ongoing promotion lasted so little time. I hesitated between several and didn't have time to take advantage of it. So I limited myself to 2 sets.
When you take the warranty extension, the end date of the warranty is not indicated.
One thing, the box of the contents was damaged. A shame when it's a birthday gift. Best regards.

Package received as agreed with a lot of dust on the very dirty package, fortunately the inside plates in their pockets are clean.
The device arrived completely damaged and useless and the replacement was very slow. No delivery information, so we had to stay home every day. Really very disappointing. We chose a French company to avoid using Amazon.
I find the accessories too expensive, especially since you have to add shipping costs. Why is it not possible to get them in stores, simply?
I had already bought a box of Lagrange flavoring (Leclerc) in stores, and I was quite satisfied even though the price was higher. So I decided to buy 3 boxes on the site, with shipping costs, it’s not more economical but there is more choice. The quality is very good, the flavors are there. But it would be very interesting to put the quantities in grams rather than in tablespoons! Because it’s not very economical, I had to do several tests to achieve the taste I wanted without it being too sweet. Also, please specify on the box that there are no ferments in the preparation! This will avoid unpleasant surprises. Regarding delivery, nothing to complain about: very fast delivery and the 3 boxes well packaged in a carton.

I lacked information about the product; if I had seen that the power of this waffle maker was only 1000W, I wouldn't have ordered it. The cooking time is way too long and the impressions are not deep enough, too bad the waffles are not thick enough. I chose this device because it doesn't have Teflon...

We can't find everything
Pot for making fresh cheese very practical but would deserve to hold 2 liters of milk. Because being able to put only one liter of milk, once drained, there is not much fresh cheese.
There is a space to ask questions when ordering, but no response is provided... so it's useless (it really doesn't seem serious). I will order on Amazon next time...

I ordered a seal and had to go through a package that was delivered to a relay point: in addition to the cost and the trip, the size of the package is absurd and it's a total waste, I don't understand this choice rather than sending this seal by mail.
Just after my purchase and after the first use, a chip appeared on the exterior coating of the waffle maker, I informed the brand via their website, my request went unanswered. New message on December 24, 2024, still no response, which justifies my rating.
Raclette service arrived defective, one of the glass plate supports is broken, no piece in the packaging box, so the problem lies in the manufacturing or packaging line, so the quality control leaves much to be desired! I am willing to buy made in France products, provided that manufacturing, safety, durability, etc. are up to standard, .... So during the holidays, I who wanted to treat myself and my guests, it was a failure, I had to change the menu, very big disappointment. I am waiting for the _08 January reopening of the LAGRANGE factory for the follow-up
Navigation on the site, ordering and delivery were top-notch. However, I am very disappointed because I ordered a blue abyss waffle maker and it is all BLACK! Since it's a gift, I just noticed it. It's very disappointing.
