LAGRANGE products are TOP and very high quality. However, the delivery was disastrous. They put my package in a relay point that I did not choose. I wasted a lot of time retrieving it and worse, I only had Saturday to pick it up or it would be returned to sender: threatening and unprofessional.

Package received 12 days after the order is a bit long... Very nice product, however, it's a pity that no spatula was provided with it, and it's unfortunate that the resistance does not heat very well on the side.
Good product. However, no communication regarding the tracking of the package, no information on its departure date. Package arrived very late due to Colissimo issues, no reaction when I reported the good delivery.

The plates do not fit on my waffle maker.
The waffle maker was well packaged, in a box with polystyrene blocks. However, there was nothing between the plates of the waffle maker or the 2 additional plates to protect them from rubbing against each other during transport. Thus, there are scratches on some of the 3 sets of plates ordered. Could you tell me if you can proceed with an exchange of the damaged plates? Thank you.

I have not yet tested the product but I am sure it will be very good. I give it a 3 because I do not understand why the delivery company you work with did not deliver where I requested. I had to ask someone to drive me there. It was supposed to be delivered near my home, to a place I pass by twice a day. It really annoyed me.

Being a Christmas gift, I will change my review once the holiday season is over.
The croque-monsieur experience is valid, however for the waffles it’s really not up to par, they are soft even after several attempts and we get batter everywhere, so between the walls with the manipulation from one side to the other, cleaning is a hassle, it would also be good to add a thermostat to know the exact temperature, and an on/off button to avoid having to unplug the socket between each waffle, in short, quite disappointed...

Unfortunately, I received a damaged yogurt maker. A replacement device was promised, but it has not arrived until today.

The waffle maker is good but the traditional plates without coatings are catastrophic, even with a lot of oil the waffles stick to the plates and you really have to scrape to get them off, of course I made this choice wanting to avoid the PFAS from non-stick plates but I really regret this choice

Order and delivery OK. However, the plates chosen for the waffle maker stick: impossible to make waffles. What can we do? Best regards.

To prevent the waffles from sticking, we recommend thoroughly greasing the plates before the first use, and then lightly before each batch (with a bit of oil or melted butter, for example).
After a few uses, a fine natural film will form, which will further improve the release.

Several negative points: - waffle cooking: they cook but do not brown and the cooking time is long - croque monsieur plates: the imprints are not the size of a standard slice of bread - machine volume: takes up a lot of space during cooking with the tilting system from one side to the other. A flipping system is much better. - cooking variation button (light - dark) in plastic does not seem very sturdy and is not precise ...

The device was delivered slightly damaged. The back is bent/dented and the plate itself is not centered, but the right side is slightly raised.

I had ordered a Pro plancha model that was supposed to include a spatula and a special plancha recipe book, but I ordered and received a plancha that does not include this offer; a sticker was even stuck on the box that displayed the offer. Why did I not receive the offer in question? I don't know? I filed a complaint, and the response was that the reference of my plancha does not include the offer, yet when I placed my order, there were no other references!!? This will remain a mystery!
Beautiful plancha but the stainless steel cooking surface has many small defects.

Purchase of a spare part for a blender. The characteristics of the part description are incorrect on the site and the part did not fit
