Purchase of plates for waffle maker, the one for churros does not satisfy us following the recipes, we will continue to search, so moderately satisfied with this purchase. Delivery almost within the announced timeframe, little information received once the order was paid, the next email was from the post office.

Very good products. I bought the premium waffle-croque-waffle maker at the end of the year especially for the waffles because my mom's first waffle maker from the 60s still works very well. I wanted to complete it with other sets of plates. A bit disappointed that the ongoing promotion lasted so little time. I hesitated between several and didn't have time to take advantage of it. So I limited myself to 2 sets.
When you take the warranty extension, the end date of the warranty is not indicated.
One thing, the box of the contents was damaged. A shame when it's a birthday gift. Best regards.

I had already bought a box of Lagrange flavoring (Leclerc) in stores, and I was quite satisfied even though the price was higher. So I decided to buy 3 boxes on the site, with shipping costs, it’s not more economical but there is more choice. The quality is very good, the flavors are there. But it would be very interesting to put the quantities in grams rather than in tablespoons! Because it’s not very economical, I had to do several tests to achieve the taste I wanted without it being too sweet. Also, please specify on the box that there are no ferments in the preparation! This will avoid unpleasant surprises. Regarding delivery, nothing to complain about: very fast delivery and the 3 boxes well packaged in a carton.

I lacked information about the product; if I had seen that the power of this waffle maker was only 1000W, I wouldn't have ordered it. The cooking time is way too long and the impressions are not deep enough, too bad the waffles are not thick enough. I chose this device because it doesn't have Teflon...

Pot for making fresh cheese very practical but would deserve to hold 2 liters of milk. Because being able to put only one liter of milk, once drained, there is not much fresh cheese.
There is a space to ask questions when ordering, but no response is provided... so it's useless (it really doesn't seem serious). I will order on Amazon next time...

Raclette service arrived defective, one of the glass plate supports is broken, no piece in the packaging box, so the problem lies in the manufacturing or packaging line, so the quality control leaves much to be desired! I am willing to buy made in France products, provided that manufacturing, safety, durability, etc. are up to standard, .... So during the holidays, I who wanted to treat myself and my guests, it was a failure, I had to change the menu, very big disappointment. Navigation on the site, ordering and delivery were top-notch. However, I am very disappointed because I ordered a blue abyss waffle maker and it is all BLACK! Since it's a gift, I just noticed it. It's very disappointing.

Excellent product. The previous one lasted over 20 years. It's the waffle maker plug that came loose.
What a surprise it was for me to return the yogurt maker and see that it was made in China. I had made a selection of made in France products, and for me, Lagrange, with its French flag on the logo, had local production. Unfortunately, this is not the case.
The order was not simple, certainly due to the Black Friday period.. the site was not updating, product amounts were incorrect, and the phone reception for order service was lacking.
Very disappointed with the 2 raclette machines I just bought, the heating element heats very slowly or lacks power which leads to a long waiting time for the cheese to melt. My old one from 1992 heats better 🙁
The product is good but the presentations on the sites are complex. It is difficult on the Lagrange site to know the color of the waffle maker. It is also difficult to choose the waffle and waffle model and the color. As a result, I wanted a gray model and received a beige-sand product. Hence my disappointment and dissatisfaction..

Missing the dimensions of the pans when we want to use them as replacements for Tefal ones. They are a bit larger but still fit in my stone grill/raclette.

The navigation and delivery of the product were correct. However, customer service did not respond favorably to my request to substitute the waffle plates that I absolutely do not need for wafer plates. I have 3 sets of new and unused waffle plates from the 3 purchases of this waffle maker.
