What a surprise it was for me to return the yogurt maker and see that it was made in China. I had made a selection of made in France products, and for me, Lagrange, with its French flag on the logo, had local production. Unfortunately, this is not the case.

Very disappointed with the services, item arrived damaged, not even a small apology from customer service, I was simply informed that the spatula rest which was shattered into pieces on the crepe maker upon opening the box will be sent to me hoping that this time there will be no issue. Replacement is one thing but I think at the very least, we should expect apologies in such cases, and not just hello what is your address?... This does not make me want to order again at all.

Bought to replace the previous one that we broke, we are still very happy with it. However, it is regrettable that Lagrange refused to replace the basic waffle plate, forcing us to acquire a completely unusable duplicate (since we still have the originals) which we cannot resell or give away (since it is the one provided by default).
