Fast delivery within the expected time.
The waffle maker was well packaged, in a box with polystyrene blocks. However, there was nothing between the plates of the waffle maker or the 2 additional plates to protect them from rubbing against each other during transport. Thus, there are scratches on some of the 3 sets of plates ordered. Could you tell me if you can proceed with an exchange of the damaged plates? Thank you.

The device is great but for waffles, on one side the cooking and shape are perfect but on the other side, the shape and cooking are not great. I followed exactly what was noted. If there is another tip for cooking, I am interested. As for the waffles, the recipe and the result at the end of cooking are great. Thank you
