Very disappointed because the order arrived at a pickup point but I don't know which one because the selected one no longer accepted deliveries, sent several emails without response, therefore I called and the person was not very pleasant on the phone. I will not order from the LAGRANGE site again.

I ordered a Grill' Pierre® Deluxe for Mother's Day. I received the product on time. Unfortunately, the stone, poorly protected in the package, arrived with broken corners. The product also had a cosmetic defect that should not have passed if it had been properly checked before shipping. Regrettable from a brand that boasts of producing in France. The after-sales service is also not up to par: no response to my complaint after three days. I had to follow up before I could return my product.
