I find the product too small, the operation stop/start only by the power outlet is not functional at all. It's really a shame! I have no doubt about the quality of Lagrange, but I will not order online again without having seen the product.

Devices that work very well, a superb design. They add a touch to my brand new black and gray metal kitchen. I want to buy French-made items and I am happy to introduce them to my circle by highlighting quality and know-how.

Response from LAGRANGE Published on 22/12/2025

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback.

We are really surprised by this problem, as we have been making waffle makers for 70 years and this type of return is very rare. It is possible that your device has a defect in the heating element. We invite you to contact our customer service via the form on lagrange.fr so that we can examine your waffle maker and offer you a solution quickly.

We wish you a very good day.
The Lagrange team.

Quality item and fast delivery but very long order preparation time (shipping) (one week) but the main thing is the quality of the product.
