Customer service is super responsive to questions. First order placed on Monday, delivery received in just 2 days in perfect condition. The order was complete and very well packaged! I ordered the corkscrew on October 29, as a gift for someone of value to me, the recipient received it on November 6 and not within 48 hours. He received the corkscrew almost with full of cracks. I contacted customer service and they told me they couldn't do anything unless the recipient returned the corkscrew, although I made it clear that: 1- I no longer have contact with the recipient, 2- it's not ethical to tell someone to return a gift (I sent the photo of the corkscrew to customer service, since the recipient sent it to thank me) and the cracks are clear. Thanks for the service.

My correspondent from the company was very cordial and above all very professional. The parcel was dispatched the same day and received in perfect condition and on time.
