During my order, one of the glasses was broken. I contacted customer service which resolved the issue very quickly. This is my third order with the wine workshop and I am still very satisfied.
Very good product and speed in processing the order.
The quality surprised me. I read reviews but the quality was higher than I thought it would be. And the twisting mechanism that prevents bubbles leaving is incredible. The sound of a bottle opening every time you take it off.
