I've been using the Gard'vin system "the pump and cork that remove oxygen from the bottle" for 14 years and have given it as a gift to many friends (thanks to the BHV Paris stand). We're all very happy with this system, which keeps wine fresh for several days after opening. I recommend having several extra corks, because after 9 years, one cork was no longer functional. This system allows wine to be preserved without putting the bottle in the fridge, and the quality of preservation for a second or third tasting is incomparable. A must-have!
