24h between the order and the delivery by DPD in relay point is perfect!
Delivery problem: I unfortunately picked up my parcel a month after the delivery date. Chronopost is a disaster: the relay point is unavailable, I call them to fix a new available point, the parcel will never arrive at this new point and goes back to the sender... I rescheduled a new delivery of this parcel, but the relay point was not the one indicated (same brand but not in the same place). Too bad, but I wouldn't recommend it again, as it was too time-consuming and I had to stock up urgently in the store in between.

First order and certainly not the last! We're delighted with our purchases, everything is as advertised on the website. I'm pleasantly surprised by the size of some of the balls and the candy wheel (the size isn't always indicated). The only downside was that the birthday cake was all broken, but my rabbit enjoyed it all the same! Our bunny really liked the bag of rose petals.
