Complete order, very good as always but a downside on the delivery. The delivery is charged very expensive, especially at pickup points (€6.99 for a basket of €48). The commitment is a reception in 24h/48h, but the order arrived 4 days later! The least that could be done would be a partial refund, even symbolic, or a credit on a future order.

The order arrived late and the photo of the chip I bought was misleading, we think the bag is a large bag while it is actually barely half.

My rabbit didn't like the shavings litter, it absorbs very poorly, the cellulose litter is very expensive to make a cage you need at least two, see 3 nothing to say about delivery!

Delivery problem: I unfortunately picked up my parcel a month after the delivery date. Chronopost is a disaster: the relay point is unavailable, I call them to fix a new available point, the parcel will never arrive at this new point and goes back to the sender... I rescheduled a new delivery of this parcel, but the relay point was not the one indicated (same brand but not in the same place). Too bad, but I wouldn't recommend it again, as it was too time-consuming and I had to stock up urgently in the store in between.
