I've been ordering 4 liters of soothing eau de cologne every year for over 30 years and I'm very satisfied. Some time ago, when I received my order, it turned out that a bottle of lotion had been put in the place of a bottle of eau de cologne. I phoned to report the problem and the charming person who answered immediately sent me back a bottle of soothing water.
