You no longer have the vetiver shampoo that I like

I am totally satisfied with the products received BUT NOT WITH THE DELIVERY. The chosen pickup point was changed at the last minute and I had to pick up the package nearly 12 km from my home (which is 24 km round trip) in a location I hardly ever go to.

Cologne doesn't last long enough.

Products and speed: TB Disappointed by the packaging: one in polycarbonate instead of glass. The second in plastic. Cardboard overwrapping very large in relation to the contents of the shipment.

It was to offer, unfortunately the boxes of each lotion were deformed because the bottles are higher than the box... Not serious...

Good response from the sales department despite the failure of the Chronopost delivery service.

A product ordered was not included in the delivery because it was sold out, even though it was in stock on the website.

I had a delivery problem with the Post Office: I received an SMS message saying that the delivery had been made, but I couldn't find the parcel in my letterbox. I had to alert the post office and fill in a claim form. Later that day, I discovered that the parcel had finally been delivered. I realized that the driver had probably flashed the parcel as he was leaving the lorry when he started his round, so his text message had gone off before he'd dropped off the parcel. I find this very disturbing and have wasted time trying to "find" my parcel. The Post Office should be warned, as I was, not to notify customers until the parcel has been physically deposited in the box.

I am satisfied with my order as usual but I regret that there is no loyalty sheet to stick the points.

I used to buy this product in 250ml bottles at the Anduze monastery at almost half the price.
