We've been customers for decades, following in the footsteps of our parent customers. We have always been very satisfied with everything. We have told our children about us, and they order through us. I can even say that our son, who is in Mexico, really likes the aftershave lotion.

TB, but I'm surprised to then receive advertising that pushes consumption. Probably you need to do it to get the money you need...

Seen from the web, the store is well organized, with pleasant, simple and effective presentations, and a light-hearted marketing style that is both serious and good-natured. The quality of the products and the care taken in their manufacture, often reflected in their origins, are clearly expressed. The ordering process is straightforward, with easy-to-follow payment procedures and timely delivery tracking information. Should any difficulties arise, they are dealt with by an attentive, friendly, direct and conciliatory telephone operator. In short, from start to finish, the customer feels appreciated, and is happy to return to the boutique in the same way as one returns to visit slightly distant acquaintances, whose urbanity and warmth one nevertheless happily rediscovers.
