One of the 2 boxes containing the bottles of whisky was damaged. It's a pity when you know that these are boxes that we want to offer and that the boxes are invoiced.

I ordered a nice box of Sortilège cream whiskey. Visually I was supposed to receive a beautiful black bottle with a maple leaf on it. At the reception I discover a banal bottle all black without leaf, box exploded fortunately the glasses were packed separately. This box was a gift to offer, I was really disappointed, I will not recommend.

There was a problem of delivery from 24 to 48h, we passed to 7 days. Your products are excellent, remains the gin to taste but delivery 24 to 48h we passed to 7 days. Scalded cat fears cold water

Beautiful products that unfortunately are not readily available if you do not live in or near a major city.

A box of cookies completely broken, box also damaged, in a nickel package. I have 3 other boxes ordered with ok box. As it's for gifts, I didn't check. I hope no bad surprises. I will refrain from rating

I have been a customer of Maple Treasures for several years, the maple syrup is always of very good quality and exceptional but the maple leaf cookies have dropped dramatically in quality and when we opened the boxes we noticed the manufacturing date June 2019, we are in 2023!

Since a few months, the mention GOLDEN TASTE is no longer engraved on the box but replaced by a sticky label. Inside the syrup is BORNE with a pronounced taste that I like much less. I have the feeling to have been deceived. It is unpleasant.

Hello. I am quite happy with my order but I am still one to have received a batch of cookies with an expiration date so short. That is to say almost 1 month before eating the cookies. While I brought back 3 weeks ago from Canada, the same brand and they have an expiration date of several months.

Always good products offered. A fast delivery. Just to note that it is a pity that the visual does not always correspond to the description, because it misleads the customer. (In other for the "blueberry paste"). It would be wise to pay attention to this to avoid any misunderstanding. E-mails remained unanswered, but the problem was solved by phone; i.e. waiting for reimbursement and reception of a new box .... for the 5 stars.

Excellent product. 2 delivery problems on the same order. No response from customer service. Too bad....

Problem with the delivery. The deliveryman did not find the relay package indicated in the order, so he was late and was delivered in another relay.

I have not received the entire order (two boxes are missing) and no notice from you for the balance...

I ordered a pack of 5 cans of amber and 5 cans of gold when I received 9 amber and 1 gold. Not to mention that 80% of the cans are well dented while well packaged. In short they have refourgués me what they do not expose in sale to the public. Very disappointed

Disappointed with the whisky sortilège box. It's obviously not the seller's fault, but you could warn that the box is not presentable, you know that since you pack the glasses separately from the box.

No problem on the product, but delivery via GLS catastrophic, not in the center indicates, requiring several intervention to recover the package

A part of the delivery arrived normally. On the other hand the carrier for the frozen products did not respect the delivery instructions and did not warn us.

The maple sugar I ordered was ok, but the Sortilège "maple cream" (poor little sister to the "Coureur des bois" version) was not great at all. It was more like cream of bad whiskey washed down with water, flavored with a maple syrup *flavor* and not the real thing.

The 5 metal containers for the maple syrup are all pressed in. 3 of 5 cookie wrappers are also pressed in. They were supposed to be gifts!

Offering an empty gift box and letting the order think it's a box of cakes is borderline, when will the next order be ????

I had ordered 3 boxes of maple cookies however there is only one box in my package!!! I guess the order picker forgot the other 2... too bad for me

quality product, easy to order, but the delivery is not great, 2 times damaged package

The product is delicious but unfortunately 3 jars out of 5 are exploded, I'm still waiting to return these 3 jars and be refunded.

The delivery is still a problem, GLS is not allowed to drop the packages on the proposed site... my package is wandering several days before finally arriving at my home at my request... We must remove this site from the proposals ... thank you ... otherwise, the products are top ...

Some products are not of good quality

Delivery fast. However, one product was missing and of the cookies were 2 of 5 packages damaged us open. Have directly written an email to date no response can not recommend the store

The boxes arrived dented, I reported it, they called me and said they were going to send them back and I didn't receive anything, I am very disappointed.

The product is perfect and would have justified the 5 stars. But the shipping was not a good experience. Having paid for a home delivery, the delivery man came right during the 2 hours of the week with no one at home and I had to go pick up the package in a store that was not very accessible (difficult parking). So if I had let him do it (delivery in a relay), I would have paid less for delivery and chosen a more easily accessible shop... so a not good customer experience at all. I probably could have chosen the delivery date (but I didn't see the feature, as with other delivery companies) and the delivery guy didn't come a second time. Are there any sites selling the same products with clearer delivery? I'll look into it.

It seems to me after a simple calculation that your jugs do not contain 1 liter each but 1/4de gallon, can you certify me this volume.

Shipping costs too high. Correct packaging and delivery time.

Delivery to be improved

The parcel was sent quickly but...one star less for a jar of unscrewed maple jelly that spilled into the parcel fortunately without touching too many other things....and a second star less because no way to arrange to have the jelly delivered again as it was out of stock.I had to ask if I could send the same jelly but with Espelette chillies which was the same price but I had no news... For an order of more than 230e.... a little effort of communication would have been appreciated. I'm very pleased with the quality of the product and the service.
