Package arrived within the announced deadlines. Items well protected in a large box. So no issues with logistics. The mediocre rating is explained by the prices applied: too expensive for what it is: the candies sold in small quantities, the maple water that was just tapped from nature and then packaged in a carton, does not justify the price since it is not a processed product. Finally, no confirmation by email after the order was validated. This order may have been made following a commercial offer. Normally, I would not be able to make purchases on this site.

The products are perfect, too bad the tracking information is so catastrophic... Announcements of shipments when the carrier does not have the products two months before the arrival date, twice an announcement of imminent arrival and then... nothing. And finally, when I asked if they could provide me with reliable information about the delivery (after the theoretical delivery date and three false delivery announcements), I received a response that was borderline polite and could even seem sarcastic. Remarkable delivery speed but an incomplete delivery of 2 missing items (2 "Sugar Shack Mix" referenced LTE0631 at 3.65€ each, totaling 7.30€ for the lot) are indicated as "Refund" on the delivery invoice, the total amount of the order (114.66€) having been deducted on November 5. I am therefore waiting for this situation to be resolved to reassess my opinion. I reported this situation through the "Contact" tab on the site last week and I still have no response or refund, which is quite frustrating. I have reiterated the request.

I will definitely not order from this site again. Four products were missing from my package: 2 jars of wild blueberry jam and 2 jars of maple caramel. However, there were 2 small bags of maple candies, which were not ordered, that do not compensate at all for the missing products in my package. Furthermore, 1 item was expired by a month, 4 items were at their expiration date, and some cakes were broken. I contacted this site to report the missing items 3 times (2 times by phone + sending SMS and by email on the site) and it has now been over a week, I have received no response.
