I ordered 2 bottles and only received one. The other was out of stock, so I was refunded. The problem was that the product was listed as available on the website and no one contacted me to offer me a similar product or to confirm whether I still wanted to place an order. In the end, it was a surprise when I opened the parcel.

I am missing part of my order and have not been informed...

After being shunted between two relay points by UPS, I finally pick up my order and discover that it's incomplete. Given that it's for a Christmas present and I've had no response from the after-sales service, I'm really disappointed... It's a shame because your products are good! This bottled Icewine could have been packed better. I did receive the bottle of Icewine in one piece but the lid came off the carrier that the Icewine was in. Sincerely.
