Hello, I sent you a complaint regarding a problem with a product and I have not received any response from you. This is mainly what is bothering me more than anything else, so I hope to be in touch with you to rectify my rating. Best regards.

Two packets of biscuits were missing from the received package.

I am very satisfied with the products from Les Trésors d'érable. But I had a very bad experience with the carrier Dpd. I was supposed to be delivered in 24 to 48 hours to my home. After receiving the delivery slot (4 hours), I waited at home in vain, since at the end of the slot I received a text message informing me that my package would be delivered to a relay point, without specifying a date! This package arrived two days later at the relay point, 6 days after my order. I would have saved a lot of time with a direct delivery to the relay point!

Delivery time is way too long, ordered on September 3 and only received (going to pick up) on September 13, no home delivery but paid for it anyway

The shipping costs for frozen goods are exorbitant. Moreover, nothing guarantees that the blueberry jam comes from Canada or that the blueberries come from there, nothing is indicated on the jar

Very good product but no response to my complaint regarding an order error that I reported within the hour that followed. Disappointment of not being able to order the products I needed in the end.

The order / tracking perfect. However, the delivery.... the first package received was impeccable. The second package delivered after a complaint, bottles that were not in the original box, super sticky and one item less out of 12, the caps detached. I exchanged, sent photos to your services and .... nothing Best regards Mrs. Ameur

Pros: 1. Clear web store that navigates easily and quickly. 2. Wide range of Canadian products 3. Sufficient payment methods 4. Offered discounts (bulk discount, newsletter subscription) Cons: 1. Insufficient shipping methods 2. Among the shipping methods, an option for a pickup point is offered.

In fact, the loyalty discount only covers the shipping costs.

We are not satisfied UPS it took several days to find our package not to mention the time spent on the phone Best regards

Order not received to date...

I had ordered a bottle of rum which I learned during the receipt of my other items was no longer available and therefore refunded. I would have preferred to wait and receive it and simply a message indicating this before shipping...

I had contacted you to tell you that a bottle of maple syrup was broken. And I never received a response.

I ordered 3 bottles but only received 2 and paid for 3.

Satisfaction yes and no - no because the metal biscuit box I ordered to open arrived dented.

Only received 1 out of 4 liters, but they shipped the missing syrup fast

I only received a confirmation of my order by email but then no shipping information. Therefore, I asked by email for the shipping information but I never got a response.

The products are excellent but the delivery is deplorable

I had a hard time recovering my order. The pickup point was closed every time I went there (4 times) I sent you a help request twice without any response from you!!! This is not serious!!!

No tracking and order placed on May 19 and to this day still nothing received. It will soon be a month. You have the money. I do not have my chairs. Big disappointment. I am waiting eagerly.

The products are good but delivery can take 2 weeks as was my case the site says in stock but when the order is placed and time passes without news we write on FB and we are told it's normal I'm out of stock you have to wait and not even compensation for the wait

Order on 25/04, still NOTHING, no news except that the carrier says "delivered" and you, in production. Company difficult to reach (order paid for more than 1100 euros)

I am still waiting for a missing bottle, for which we were not informed that it was out of stock. Yet it has been charged.

Fast delivery but a bit disappointed by the product

Two items from the order were missing, but were billed with the note "waiting for restock". Unfortunately, there was no indication of when and how the missing items would be sent or whether the money for the missing items would be refunded.

The delivery was catastrophic. The pickup point was changed 3 times to end up at a distant pickup point with limited hours.

Package arrived broken for the bottles, the lip balm duo and the Macle were missing..

The store does not answer questions regarding the expiration date of its products. This is neither serious nor professional. Fortunately, other sites offer the same products...

Fast delivery. But missing products in the order and no response from customer service. I am very disappointed.

Order received but incomplete. Despite several messages to customer service, the problem is still not resolved. I am disappointed and despite the quality of the products, I am not sure I will order from this site again.

Very good product but I ordered a set on 27/02 and I received it today on 14/03, so I am disappointed with the shipping time which was supposed to be 24-48 hours and no commercial gesture, just told to wait because it is out of stock (written in stock on the site). Otherwise, great product.

It is the quality of the products that compensates for the number of stars, but I have experienced significant delays several times compared to what is announced on the site. It is difficult to contact customer service, or is it completely absent? But having information to keep customers informed would already be a big plus.
