I specifically ordered the ceramic carafe on the site, which was originally available: I receive my package = no carafe but noted on the sheet "awaiting restock". So already it's annoying because I don't have my item and I have no email, nor any note to warn me and I don't even know when it will be available again. I don't even know if I will actually receive the missing item since I have no info.
High quality material. But packaging too flimsy, several small dents on the chairs, and with French delivery people, it's inevitable. The video assembly guide is just terrible! Sorry, but that's the truth. The living room formed by the 4 red Adirondack chairs is beautiful, too bad it's a bit spoiled by the delivery and the poor assembly guidance. The small pegs don't go in, you have to tinker a bit to achieve a perfect assembly. Too bad given the price.
Unfortunately, 1 chair was not 100% in order. The parts did not fit well together, but I solved it myself. There was also a missing screw in the chair and it had slight damages. Due to the place where they come from, I accepted it anyway.
Package well received and well packaged. Too bad we can't pick it up directly in Argonay to avoid shipping costs, especially since the price is double what we find in Canada (15 for the cane instead of 7.5)...
Comment incomplete and no one warns when we will have the rest of the order
The products are in accordance with the description and really delicious. However, a significant delay occurred between the order and the shipment contrary to what is indicated on the site. Moreover, I had to follow up with customer service for the invoice to be sent to the authorities and for the customs formalities to be finalized. In total, more than 3 weeks between the order and the receipt of the package shipped by UPS. It's really a shame.
Small preparation problem, quantity too small for maple syrup
Products conform but it's a shame that out of 5 cans of maple syrup, 2 were dented. That's a lot

Upon receiving my order, I noticed that an item was missing. I was still charged the initial amount. No information was provided to me.
The maple syrup boxes were all crushed while the carton was intact.
A bit disappointed because I ordered a jacket and it was not in the package upon arrival. No one informed me that it was out of stock.
One of the items was not shipped, I was not informed of this in the order tracking or anything until the package was received, where it is handwritten that the missing product is awaiting restock without further information, and in the computer tracking all items are considered delivered in this single order.
Hello, I had explicitly requested that the invoice not be included in the package, since it was a gift... and unfortunately it was inside!!! I will therefore no longer use your services for gifts.
Connection problem to the site, the site lacks fluidity, Address problem during package preparation, had to call myself, 1st call went unanswered, accelerated delivery appreciated so that I received the package on time, package arrived in a terrible state the delivery person told us it had been crushed by another package, luckily nothing was broken inside! Prices of products very expensive and not exceptional, I expected much better.

Command arrived quickly, but the label on the spread jar was stuck on crooked and the cake box was damaged, not due to transport... It's a shame that attention wasn't paid before packaging... especially since it was for gifts!

Hello. I had, among other things, ordered 2 bottles of maple syrup. 1 was broken into 2 parts and all the syrup spilled in the package. It might be good to further secure everything that is a bottle containing liquid. Thank you.
I did not receive the hard candies with maple syrup
The order (my first) came very promptly. It was well packed - all good, except the there were two items missing. I wrote to the company and one week later have not received any response. Excellent products, speedy delivery, but sadly poor in terms of responding to problems.
I haven't received any news about my package for over a week and I have never received a response to my email asking what was going on. In the meantime, I received the DPD tracking for the package but still no response to my email! Given the shipping costs, having ad-hoc communication seems like the minimum to me. Now, my package will be delivered today. I hope the product will meet expectations unlike the customer service.
My dissatisfaction concerns the delivery of my order which was dropped off at a relay point located about ten kilometers from my city. Why? I live in Honfleur where there are several relay points! Sorry but if you continue to ship via DPD, I will no longer purchase from you.
Good but extremely disappointed with the quality of the textile products
The chairs are really great, the communication was also very nice. But the delivery date was postponed several times and 1 of 2 chairs was not delivered in the ordered color.

The received products are excellent. However, I am still waiting for the jacket I ordered, which was not in my package (noted as restocked next to the pen on the invoice included in the package). Since then, no news... Yet the same jacket is still offered on your site!
Disappointed by the expiration date. The maple cakes cannot be offered (end of November 2025)!!!!
Incomplete and inaccurate order...
Package arrived within the announced deadlines. Items well protected in a large box. So no issues with logistics. The mediocre rating is explained by the prices applied: too expensive for what it is: the candies sold in small quantities, the maple water that was just tapped from nature and then packaged in a carton, does not justify the price since it is not a processed product. Finally, no confirmation by email after the order was validated. This order may have been made following a commercial offer. Normally, I would not be able to make purchases on this site.
