After-sales service contacted by e-mail for a problem with the expiry date of one of the products ordered: after 1 week, still no return...

Les Trésors d'Érable is not to blame; it's the GLS carrier that seriously damaged the manhole of my lift pump, which is in my garden. I've already reported this, but so far there's been no response.

I ordered the whisky sortilège and coureur des bois, they are both excellent. Careful packaging and no risk of the bottle(s) breaking.

Fast and accurate delivery as always. The stock of maple syrup is finished !

Everything received neatly only instead of 6 maple jel sport there were only 5 in it but I do not make such a point of it because they only cost 99 cents otherwise very satisfied in the future I will definitely order again in the future

I was very disappointed by the maple candles, which I'd already tried and whose fragrance was great (maple and walnut scented) and which this time turned out to have a very different, sweet, unpleasant smell. I was so pleased the 1st time that this time I ordered a whole bunch... which I really regret. It's the same brand, but I suppose the fragrance must be different depending on the maples chosen... Very disappointed in any case.
