This is the second time I have received AMBRÉ maple syrup when I ordered DORÉ syrup. Each time, the label says DORÉ goût DÉLICAT but in the box the syrup is AMBRÉ goût PRONONCÉ. We can no longer ignore the reality of this anomaly.
I received my parcel on 11.08.2023 at the GLS relay containing 2 Cans of maple syrup (2 X 1liter = 2 liters), whose lids are well closed hermetically. The syrup is smooth and naturally sweet, ideal for desserts, cakes or marinating chicken or pork.
My parcel was hijacked and I was not informed of the cause.
Relay point delivery: nothing to say. Product quality: very good maple syrup, which I knew before, hence the purchase.

Order satisfied Except for one article because I received an equivalent to the product initially ordered and without warning me. What's more, I can't consume it in time, which is really too close...in fact, the order was received on August 4, and I can only consume the article from August 26 for family reasons and...dlc on August 20 for 4 packets (100g sausage packets, impossible to eat all at once) and the last 2 packets on August 31...

I did receive my parcel, but the cake boxes were a little flattened and so the cakes were a little broken.
I had to wait a very long time after my delivery. My payment was lost. After searching and sending proof of payment, delivery was made, but much later. I didn't even receive any compensation. Big customer service 0
