My first order on this site went well, arrived on time, package well packed, good products etc.. I take off one star because of a small dissatisfaction during the delivery: I had planned a delivery in a relay point of my choice convenient for me (to avoid being delivered at home at times when I knew I was going to be absent). And at the time of delivery, the carrier asked me to choose either my address or another relay point which was not convenient for me. It was a bit painful at the time.
