Impeccable nothing to report I am super happy thank you again
Very good product but no response to my complaint regarding an order error that I reported within the hour that followed. Disappointment of not being able to order the products I needed in the end.
The quality of the syrup is good. Be careful with the maple butter - it is much smaller than it appears.

The second package delivered after a complaint, bottles that were not in the original box, super sticky and one item less out of 12, the caps detached. The products met my expectations, but I am surprised by the appearance of the Celebration biscuits which seem to have had temperature change issues... Certainly the expiration date was slightly exceeded (hence the attractive price), but this has never affected the quality of biscuits...
Unfortunately, the Celebration TRUFFÉES ÉRABLE have already reached the expiration date of 18.08.2025. I wanted to give it as a gift at the end of September, but I can no longer do that. These should have at least 3 months of shelf life displayed after delivery. Since I intentionally chose the regular price and not the reduced ones, I am dissatisfied with the delivery. What a shame.

The order was placed on 19/08. After several delays, as of 07/09 I still haven't received it. UPS tells me they are "putting in place action plans to deliver to me as soon as possible". ACTION PLANS! Wow, that's impressive for a small package of 5.3kg!!! As for the invoice payment, there was no waiting, my account was debited the amount of the order on 20/08. So 1 star is still a good rating!

We have not received the order placed on August 10 and as of September 2 it has still not been delivered to us.
No worries about the products which are always very good but complaints about the carrier UPS who did not deliver to the right place.
