Very good product but I ordered a set on 27/02 and I received it today on 14/03, so I am disappointed with the shipping time which was supposed to be 24-48 hours and no commercial gesture, just told to wait because it is out of stock (written in stock on the site). Otherwise, great product.

It is difficult to contact customer service, or is it completely absent? But having information to keep customers informed would already be a big plus.
