I ordered 4 boxes of vine wine and maple tea from Turkey, in packages of 20 bags) and I received 7 boxes of black Ice Wine Tea from ML21 in packages of 12 bags. I've already sent 2 emails, with no response, and a message on Facebook, where I'm offered a refund because the tea is out of stock it seems. I've had no reply to my request for a return procedure, but the tea is still on sale on the website!

You chose UPS as your carrier and your very fast delivery to the Point Relais was refused by the Point Relais. UPS obliged him to collect it from their warehouse, which is 80km from my home and closed on Saturdays...
