Correct delivery but bad experience with ups who dropped off my parcel elsewhere than the chosen collection point and it's not the 1st time.
Everything went smoothly, from placing the order to receiving the parcel at the relay point.
Hello, I never managed to pick up my package .... No information on how to pick it up and despite my numerous attempts, my package has left. Extremely disappointed with UPS that I can't reach or even get help from.

I am satisfied with the product, which corresponds perfectly to my order. However, the order took 2 weeks to ship and I did not receive any follow-up or message when I contacted the company. Admittedly it was between the holidays and I suppose there were a lot of orders to process, but a follow-up message or information on shipping times would not have been out of place to reassure the customer.
