Real maple syrup with a good taste that reminds us of our stay in Canada, and for over 30 years this is the only one we have used, previously purchased on another site. Honest price, fast delivery, and serious packaging.

Order placed on 03/04, on 07/04 the delivery person informs me that the package is damaged: return to the sender, or "mis-sorted, which may cause a delay". On 08/04 I send you a message on your site to find out if you have been alerted... No response! On 12/04 I follow up, today is 14... still no response!!! Yet you announce "Customer service 7/7 + quick response to your requests". Today I still do not have my order, I have been waiting for 15 days. I can wait, I can understand that there is a delivery problem. What makes me angry is the lack of consideration for your customers. I will never order from you again!!!
