Good product but order tracking not great When we opened the parcel, the product was missing, of course we were reimbursed, but I would have liked to have been informed by e-mail that an item was missing.

I haven't yet tasted all the items I ordered, but the little bit is a real treat. As for the relationship with customer service at the top there was a problem with the package that was returned by the delivery agency because in poor condition. I sent an @ and they sent a 2 parcel express delivery... thanks to them... I'm delighted... can't wait to try the maple cream 😉

I didn't understand why my parcels were sent to a different relay point than the one requested. What's more, they were sent in two parcels with a delay in receipt, so I had to go twice to the relay point, which is further away than the one I requested.
