Purchased as a gift, to be enjoyed at Christmas. Gift box arrived unusable, damaged and unstuck. Fortunately, it came free of charge!

5/5 for the products but 2/5 on receipt of the parcel 1st parcel: one item missing 2nd parcel: arrived damaged. As a result, the cookie boxes were crushed and the candle containers dented. Pity, the quality of the products is correct.

I did not receive my order although I paid the delivery they wanted to put me my order to the go vinted whereas I live to cauter I am not satisfied the delivery and to remain blocked several day with vitrolle after it was turned over I ordered just cereals I paid the delivery that to receive them at home, at worst with the Post office, I know that go Vinted they have many problems, I am not satisfied

The products are very nice, a little expensive but when you're looking for exotic products, that's not surprising. What is more surprising is to receive your order with nearly €35 worth of product missing... Of course, I contacted support immediately, but after a week, I still haven't heard back from them... I think I've lost my 35€.

The maple butter leaked a little. Apart from that, everything was perfect.
Very dissatisfied with the delivery service. My parcel was sent to a collection point a long way from the original delivery address, and this collection point does not respect opening hours. After two unsuccessful attempts to collect my parcel, I finally gave up and it was returned to sender. A frustrating experience and a waste of time.
