I asked questions in customer service without response until I received my order 10 days later. in any case I think it is important to have a more responsive customer contact service to give us information when necessary.

I only received part of my order; I sent a complaint and still no reply.
Last time I ordered it was better(but I didn't leave a review then). As of January 8, 2025 I have yet to receive my caribou wine or get a response to what happened to my order. If this gets resolved I'll write an updated response but otherwise it will be the last time I order or even recommend this place
