After a very laborious delivery (via UPS), the parcel arrived with damaged boxes inside. I contacted the after-sales service again with photos, but no return for over a week. The products are good, but I won't be ordering from Trésors d'Érable again... Too bad

As much as I appreciate the Trésors d'érable products. Too bad that the delivery was not respected according to my order. This causes unnecessary problems.

Maple syrup is good

Fast shipping and good protection of the bottle. However, the gift box purchased to give the bottle away is so thin that it can't support the weight. It's a pity, the look is nice but needs to be revised.
