I ordered 2 packs of 5 cans of maple syrup. I only received one pack at first. I had to ask twice to receive the second pack. The delivery for the first pack did not take place on the day announced, I was informed in the middle of the day after having been monopolized at the apartment all morning. In conclusion, a lot of trouble for a very simple order and, incidentally, no apology from trésors d'Érable.

It cannot be compared with maple syrup otherwise available in Germany. The taste is much more intense without being sweeter. The aroma is simply better!

Excellent site, lots of products to discover, fast delivery. On the other hand, one star less for one of the choices of the carrier, UPS, which postponed delivery several days in a row and finally did not deliver where I had requested. And poor reception by the relay, who wouldn't give me the parcel until the next day. There are other carriers, but they are more expensive, and I would never use UPS again.

Fast delivery and products that met my expectations

Hello, as mentioned in the two emails sent to this company for which I am waiting for a reply, the parcel was not complete.

This is the first time I've been completely dissatisfied. The contents of the package were covered in flour (one of the three packages was open at the top. All the items were therefore sprinkled with flour. I don't understand why the packaging is so poorly designed.

カナダで探し回ったけど売り切れで買えず、貴社のサイトで見つけたとき、例えすごい金額の送料がかかっても欲しいと思い注文しました。 商品は届きましたが、びっくりするぐらい箱が潰れたり破けていて、中のクッキーもかなりの数が割れていました。 緩衝材を全面に入れて商品を覆うとかもう少し配慮してほしかったです。友達にもあげようと思い５箱買いましたが、あげられる状態ではありません。がっかりです。

As a native Canadian, I order Canadian products regularly. Maple Syrup is great tasting, my grandchildren love it. My son and I really like the Whiskey. Just great that I can order stuff from my native country here.

I don't really understand why the deliveryman couldn't find my home, but it doesn't matter, I was able to receive my parcel at a delivery point close to my home, and that's the most important thing.
