I really like this site and its products. But this time, I couldn't find my usual maple syrup herbal tea, so I defaulted to another brand and I'm very disappointed. The taste is very different and not nearly as good. What a shame!

Everything is ok except for a lack of choice for the type of delivery. You only offer UPS, whereas many other sites offer Relais colis, Colissimo or Chronopost.
I did not receive my entire order. I then sent an e-mail to the after-sales service but I haven't received anything back.
