I can only put 5 stars. Unfortunately my order arrived completely broken due to the fault of the DPD carrier... Yet the package was perfectly packed! Lots of bubble wrap, FRAGILE labels on the parcel... I had ordered 2 bottles of whisky. I contacted customer service, who immediately reimbursed me (or offered to urgently return my products). I sincerely insist that this accident is in no way the responsibility of the seller, as the products were really secure, but when a carrier openly mocks that.... In short, I've been ordering from this site for 3 years and I really thank customer service for being so responsive and especially for finding a solution for an order of over €100! Thank you very much.

Authentic maple syrup fast delivery

As expected, the maple syrup is delicious! The delivery from France went smoothly, just like the other times before. One small point of criticism: if you're going to order a sample, it should be at least two pieces;-)

21€ of maple syrup. 6€40 parcel. All this to receive a parcel stuck to the floor of the relay point because the syrup had leaked. I immediately contacted customer service. Unfortunately, 15 days and 2 reminders later: still no answer... 27€ down the drain. I'd recommend passing on
