I was so happy to receive your products. i already have one less pack of maple cream cookies :-)), i haven't tried the rest yet. but it's reassuring now to know that i'll be able to order whenever i feel like it.

An item costing just over 7 euros was forgotten in my order, so I contacted customer service. No response. So it's best to walk away. On the other hand, you can go to Planet Bison with your eyes closed.

カナダで探し回ったけど売り切れで買えず、貴社のサイトで見つけたとき、例えすごい金額の送料がかかっても欲しいと思い注文しました。 商品は届きましたが、びっくりするぐらい箱が潰れたり破けていて、中のクッキーもかなりの数が割れていました。 緩衝材を全面に入れて商品を覆うとかもう少し配慮してほしかったです。友達にもあげようと思い５箱買いましたが、あげられる状態ではありません。がっかりです。

As a native Canadian, I order Canadian products regularly. Maple Syrup is great tasting, my grandchildren love it. My son and I really like the Whiskey. Just great that I can order stuff from my native country here.
