SATISFIED AS USUAL BUT RELAY POINT NOT CHOSEN INSTEAD OF HOME DELIVERY
Hello, the DPD driver didn't take the trouble to deliver the parcel to my home as planned but dropped it off at a relay point (of his choice). The problem was reported by e-mail to Les Trésors d'Érable, who replied that they would pass on the information to DPD. In view of the amount spent on their site, a commercial gesture would have been appreciated.
I never received my items and there was no update on the shipping so essentially I just donated $90 to your company. When you go on to your website and click the option for never receiving your items it just gives you a page of advice on how to sign into ups. If I were able to give you zero Stars I would.
Excellent products, really delicious, delivery lost, but Céline is very attentive to her customers and made a second delivery very quickly. I recommend this site.
