Small disappointment because I had ordered maple syrup cream sugars and I got traditional ones. And no time to exchange before Christmas.

Amber syrup is not good. Does not taste like real maple syrup.

Incomplete order, but payment in full. No news of missing items

The order process was quick, all items (including a lot of ice cidre bottles) where packaged well and arrived in the Netherlands intact. Now we just have to taste them!

My package was not given a commercial invoice. And is now being returned to les tresors. I should have received the by now, but customer service would not answer me back

No serious follow-up when there's a problem I'm still waiting for my order and no news. They were gifts for Christmas

I don't know why everyone needs a review. I bought something that you had available for sale. I purchased said item and paid you additional money to send it to me. You packed it so that it wouldn't break. Sent it to me, it didn't break, and I was able to give it as a late Christmas present. Will I buy something else from you in the future, probably, yes, because you have some products that I can't buy in the USA. So, there you have it, I paid you for a service, and you provided that service. There is nothing spectacular about our transaction, it was just a transaction without a hiccup. The proof of your quality customer service will come into play when there is a hiccup. So, I will see you later, when I make additional purchases.

Good products at reasonable prices. Too bad you can't pay for purchases with a Canadian bank card...

Happy with my order. I had an internet offer with free shipping but when I applied it told me "not valid for your country" so I was a bit disappointed about that. Fortunately I had another offer which passed...
