I've been buying from the trésors d'erable site for several years now, mainly erabme syrup in cans or beers. A real treat. Everything arrives on time and the cans are always well protected. I recommend them.

The package delivered by UPS was stuck in a locker for which I didn't have the code. I had to call UPS and they finally called back for the code.

Some missing products have been replaced by others. Another indicated as "to be refunded" on the delivery note but still nothing. Customer service that doesn't respond to messages. First and last order for me, even though I ordered over €130 worth of goods.

Hello, my parcel was missing a 5-pack of maple cookies..... which I reported to Céline by phone and e-mail. If "Les Trésors d'Erable" controlled their stock and delivery, they would have noticed that I was telling the truth. Next grey, if there is one, I'll open the parcel before the deliveryman disappears. What a shame!
