The carrier took a while to deliver. He left the parcel in the letterbox without signing for it. On the other hand, there's nothing to complain about with Les trésors d'erable, who have a very good relationship. Thank you Céline.

The bottles were well packaged, but the outer carton was completely blown up because it wasn't strong. We'd need special packaging for the bottles, like the sites that sell alcohol do.

A very good site, with excellent products and average prices. But it should refocus on delivery, especially to relay points (check the details of the relay point requested when ordering before sending the parcel).

Unfortunately UPS did not come to my house and left the parcel directly in the parcel relay. No notification. No phone call to tell me that the package had been left elsewhere. Fortunately, I went through my e-mails to find out that the package had been left elsewhere.

Authentic Canadian products, excellent selection for all things maple but lacking a bit in other areas I know other producers of more particular products who would surely love to contribute to this great online business^^
