The product selection was easy, as the website is clear and well-structured. The ordering process was very uncomplicated and transparent, as was the communication. After just two days, I received the product (picnic basket). 5 stars for that.
I love the salad bowl, it is perfect. I do not like the placemats at all, I was expecting something thicker

Customer service is very poor. I have repeatedly complained about a plate with pictures via email, but unfortunately never received a response. The address [email protected] to which the complaint should be sent is unfortunately undeliverable. I then tried to send it to [email protected], but this email was also undeliverable and came back. Very unfortunate!!!

It took 1 week from ordering to delivery. The ordered melamine products are exactly as depicted and of good quality. After several uses and dishwasher cycles, there are no signs of wear so far. I would buy them again anytime.
Very careful packaging and friendly contact! BUT: definitely do not specify a DHL Packstation as the delivery address, it goes wrong because the products are delivered in Germany with DPD.
