Delivery was fast, but the products disappointed me in terms of color, colors were dull, and there was a difference in color between the different items.

Not great

I received broken plates on two occasions and I haven't even claimed.

A bit disappointed not by the basket which is very beautiful but the plates are small (dessert) and the cutlery, salt shaker, pepper shaker, and corkscrew feel cheap. Just because it's a case for 2 doesn't mean it's for playing at the diner.

It would be best if you photograph the equipment individually so that the quality of the utensils can actually be seen.

I find the plates and bowls wonderful, unfortunately also very expensive. It annoys me that all three black pieces turn gray after a while. It must have something to do with the dishwasher. The jungle motif loses a lot of its effect because of this. It was stated: dishwasher safe. It is NOT microwave safe. I usually wash it by hand, but the jungle motif has still been in the dishwasher at least 7 times.

Promising site - disappointing product

Unable to connect to my account despite my request via chat, in short, I make purchases, never any discounts, not even free shipping, so even if your products are beautiful and the order went well, I think you could make a gesture and especially follow up on requests.

First called the service number on the site. This number is no longer in use. Eventually got in touch via the chat function. Order and delivery went smoothly afterwards.

On-time delivery and package in good condition. But quite disappointed with the tablecloth. While the underside is synthetic, the appearance of the top really doesn't look like cotton and the print looks very cheap. The XL size of the tablecloth is very nice, but be careful, it is twice as long as it is wide. We ultimately do not offer it to my brother because it looks too cheap visually, but my mother wants to keep it for practical reasons. Very expensive for the price paid when you see the quality of some similar tablecloths currently on the market.

Fast shipping. However, the quality promise is not being kept here. We received anything but noble products. Unpacking from thin plastic bags already diminishes the feeling of quality and spreads a feeling of cheap Asian goods. The smell and the feel confirm this.

Fast order and delivery, clear communication. Unfortunately, the pickup point was changed: a relay far from my home and gloomy.

I can't say much, I still haven't received my goods, except that the delivery is taking extremely long, I've been waiting for two weeks for it

A bit disappointed to see a big "made in china" written on the delivery note. The straps for plates are too tight, difficult to slide in 2. Otherwise very pretty.

Do not reply when I ask for the invoice

I am very happy with the quality of the products and the speed of shipping. The real problem is the carrier DPD. They give delivery times but never come, they dump packages at relay points of their choice... Their service is deplorable.

Return costs can be expensive, in my case, more than 20 euros, especially do not make a mistake, return costs are always the responsibility of the customer.

Product explanations not very clear. On the site. After-sales service not very customer-oriented, not trying to understand the customer's disappointment and to make them happy to retain them. Too bad, I just wanted to buy a tray again without paying shipping costs since I had just bought one that I didn't like being hammered (didn't read well on the site before purchase) and that I intended to keep! Just the shipping costs not to charge me again for the new tray...

Too bad there are no cups in the range to complement the picnic baskets.

I would have liked to give a better rating, but DPD has not been able to deliver my package until today.

The product is nice, beautiful,,,, but the delivery service by Mondial Relay is annoying, not professional and therefore it affects the product and the company that sells it. You should review your delivery services,,, give the option with the post office for example. Mondial is not a carrier,,,, so it's a missed opportunity

The basket was delivered with a snag. The rest of the items were fine. However, the return is a bit annoying because we have to return it by post and not by Mondial Relay as at receipt. Which is more convenient for me. Customer Service is responsive. I will continue to order from them because I had already received a previous order as a gift and everything was perfect.

Material far too heavy

Finishes that leave something to be desired for the price... The plates do not hold in the straps. In short, excessive price for the quality and ultimately not very practical.

Hello, the cutlery hits the rivets of the basket, the quality of the cutting board is poor, a cheap pine board cut hastily, not even smoothed out, and the corkscrew knife of poor quality for the price of the most expensive basket in the range, it could have been a Victorinox, that would have been more serious, otherwise the rest is good, best regards.

Delivery a bit complicated, the delivery people no longer ring the doorbell, they only contact you by phone and the package that should have arrived before Christmas arrived last week

The blanket arrived with significantly longer delivery time than the picnic basket. It was a gift that I ordered on behalf of a friend for my daughter's wedding. Now we have noticed that I did not receive the ordered blanket. Instead of navy blue stripes, it has black stripes and does not match the basket.
