No advert indication to suggest that you would need to pay import duty before delivery as a result of which the product arrived about 10days later than the planned delivery for a birthday gift. The product is substandard and I speculate it is made in China - the handle detached on its first use!!!

Order received on time, but the quality of the wicker is very mediocre: it was already cracked in several places upon receipt. An email was sent with supporting photos within 24 hours of delivery, with no response to date. It is also impossible to reach them by phone to arrange a return. Non-existent after-sales service. I received the order today, December 15th. The five gourmet baskets included in the order are stained and have grease residues since some of the products, specifically a buffalo terrine and a small package of a type of chocolate cookies, were broken and spilled all over the packaging, causing a large part of the items to spoil. I think the original packaging could have been significantly improved, so I am disappointed.
